Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist store management with tasks, and support professional customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, performing price lookups and quotes, processing cash/credit transactions, handling exchanges/returns, addressing complaints, updating image maker and planogram tasks, stocking and shelving duties, assisting with inventory and freight, operating store test equipment after training, and occasional deliveries. Key skills include outstanding customer service, multitasking between in-person and phone interactions, familiarity with automotive parts or a willingness to learn, and bilingual capability (Spanish encouraged). The role supports store operations and training completion, with opportunities for growth and company benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitasking in-store and phone
- Knowledge of automotive parts or willingness to learn
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
- ASE certification desired
