Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist with pricing, quotes, and related selling, maintain cash handling procedures, process exchanges/returns, support store operations (stocking, planogram updates, and daily tasks), and provide in-store services such as installing wipers and testing vehicle systems. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; ASE certification is desirable. The role includes driving duties as needed and requires compliance with company policies, training completion, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
