Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers while promoting company programs like Hi-5 and the Low-Price Guarantee. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process exchanges and returns, and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner. Complete daily operational tasks including image maker updates, planogram changes, stocking shelves, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe test equipment and perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning trouble codes. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
