Parts Specialist

Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers as needed. Complete assigned company training, maintain and secure the cash drawer, and process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions. Address customer complaints, update image makers and planograms, and perform daily operational tasks including inventory cycle counts and merchandise returns. Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Match alphanumeric sequences and multitask while handling customers on the phone and in the store. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
