Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, assists management with tasks, and supports store operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, assisting professional customers, processing calls and quotes, handling cash and card transactions, processing exchanges/returns, addressing complaints, completing daily image maker and planogram duties, stocking and merchandising, and performing in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, scanning vehicle trouble codes) as trained. Occasional delivery driving may be required. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; ASE certification and Spanish fluency are desirable. The role emphasizes customer service, accurate transactions, inventory support, and adherence to company policies.
