Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and engage in various operational tasks such as processing transactions and managing stock. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, maintaining accurate cash handling practices, and addressing customer complaints. The role requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to deliver professional customer service. Additionally, knowledge of automotive parts and the ability to operate testing equipment is valuable.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
