Provide high level service to retail and installer customers; greet and assist customers with parts selection; process cash/credit transactions and maintain a secure cash drawer; handle exchanges/returns; respond to customer inquiries by phone; assist with stock, planograms, and daily operational tasks; operate store test equipment after training; occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed; bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE certification and multilingual abilities valued; opportunities for growth within O’Reilly Auto Parts.
