Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide excellent service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, answering phone inquiries, processing transactions, managing the cash drawer, addressing customer complaints, and performing various operational tasks. The role may require operating store test equipment and delivering parts when needed. Required skills include customer service proficiency and multitasking ability.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging and weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish
