Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist store management in tasks, and support customer interactions both in-store and over the phone. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, managing cash drawers, addressing customer complaints, and performing daily operational tasks such as stocking and inventory. Requires strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and familiarity with automotive parts, with a preference for candidates with ASE certification and bilingual abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
