Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high levels of service to retail and installer customers, assisting them in selecting merchandise and addressing their needs. Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling phone inquiries, maintaining the cash drawer, processing transactions accurately, resolving complaints, and supporting store management with inventory and operational tasks. Candidates should possess strong multitasking abilities, be customer service oriented, and preferably have experience with automotive parts and systems.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Knowledge of weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
