Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, assists store management with tasks, and supports various store operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, handling phone inquiries, processing exchanges/returns, cash handling and sales transactions, maintaining stock and planograms, performing in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries), and occasional vehicle deliveries. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Training completion, adherence to customer service programs, and compliance with company policies are expected. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, accurate pricing/quoting, and contributing to a positive work environment with opportunities for growth.
