Job Summary
Parts Specialist at O’Reilly Auto Parts delivers superior customer service to retail and installer customers, supports store management, handles in-store duties (stocking, planogram updates, price lookups, returns, and daily cash handling), assists professional customers, and may perform light delivery duties. The role emphasizes bilingual (Spanish) communication, operation of store test equipment after training, inventory tasks, warranty handling, and adherence to company programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, etc.). Requires strong customer service, multitasking, and accuracy in cash handling and transactions; ASE certification and multilingual abilities are preferred.
