Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, assists store management with tasks, handles cash and credit transactions, processes exchanges/returns, and supports daily store operations (receiving freight, stocking shelves, planogram updates, image maker, and front-facing duties). The role includes facilitating customer inquiries by phone and in person, recommending related items, and promoting company service programs. Occasional delivery driving may be required; bilingual (Spanish encouraged) is valued. The position emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, inventory/stock handling, and adherence to company policies. Training is provided and the company promotes from within.
