Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installation customers while supporting store management. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, completing assigned company training, handling customer complaints, and executing daily operational tasks such as inventory management and equipment operation. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, an ability to multitask, and familiarity with automotive parts is preferred. This position may involve driving for delivery purposes.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
