Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides a high level of service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, maintaining cash drawer, processing exchanges, addressing customer complaints, and performing daily operational tasks. Skills required are the ability to match alphanumeric sequences, provide excellent customer service, and multitask between phone and in-store customers. ASE certification and familiarity with automotive parts are desired.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously

- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging knowledge
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
