Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to retail and installer customers, assisting in merchandise selection, and supporting management with assigned tasks. Key functions include greeting customers, processing transactions, handling exchanges and returns, addressing complaints, and maintaining store operations. Ideal candidates need to multitask effectively and possess strong customer service skills, with a preference for bilingual individuals, particularly those fluent in Spanish. Training on necessary store equipment and processes is required.
