Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide excellent customer service to retail and installer customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support store management with various tasks. Responsibilities include handling customer complaints, maintaining cash drawers, processing transactions, and performing various in-store services as permitted by local laws, with additional duties related to inventory and store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
