Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, greets walk-in customers, assists with selecting merchandise, supports store management, handles cash drawer, processes transactions and returns, answers phone inquiries, and helps with in-store tasks such as stocking, planogram updates, and basic diagnostic or service tasks as allowed by state laws.
