Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist in tasks assigned by store management, and engage with customers both in-store and over the phone. Responsibilities include greeting customers, recommending products, maintaining cash drawers, processing returns, handling customer complaints, and stocking merchandise. Required skills include the ability to multitask and provide outstanding customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
