The Parts Specialist delivers exceptional service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Responsibilities include assisting with merchandise selection, completing assigned training, maintaining cash transactions, processing returns, resolving customer complaints, and performing store operational tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish
