Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute daily operational tasks including image maker completion, planogram updates, stocking shelves, and processing credit card transactions. Maintain cash drawers, handle exchanges and returns, and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies. Perform various in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning trouble codes, and occasionally drive delivery vehicles. Complete assigned company training and promote all customer service programs like Hi-5 and the Low-Price Guarantee.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
