Job Summary
Provide high level of service to retail and installer customers; greet and assist customers in selecting merchandise, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items. Process exchanges and returns; manage cash drawer and perform credit card transactions per policy. Support store management with daily tasks, image maker and planogram updates, stocking, freight reception, and basic in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, diagnosing vehicle trouble codes, replacing headlight capsules). Occasional deliveries may be made by vehicle when needed. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Desired ASE certification and automotive parts knowledge are noted.
