Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management in various assigned tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, managing the cash drawer and transactions, processing exchanges and returns, resolving customer complaints, and completing operational tasks such as inventory management and handling special services. The position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in handling automotive parts. Bilingual candidates and those with familiarity in automotive sales or service are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
