Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing high levels of customer service to retail and installer customers, assisting in merchandise selection, and supporting store management. Key responsibilities include maintaining cash drawers, processing transactions, handling customer complaints, and performing in-store services. This role requires the ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service, along with skills in matching alphanumeric sequences. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, particularly those fluent in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask, handling multiple customers on the phone and in the store
Desired Qualifications

- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
