Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-quality service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, managing cash transactions, handling customer complaints, and performing daily operational tasks like stocking shelves and managing inventory. Successful candidates will have strong multitasking skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to match alphanumeric sequences.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Knowledge of weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
