Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide excellent service to customers, assist in merchandise selection, support store management, and complete assigned training. Key responsibilities include customer service, cash handling, inventory tasks, operating store equipment, and performing various in-store services as permitted.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
