Job Summary
Provide high level service to retail and installer customers; greet walk-in customers and assist in selecting merchandise; support store management in assigned tasks; answer store calls per policy, lookup parts and quote prices, and offer related items; maintain cash drawer and process transactions; handle exchanges/returns; manage daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking, and fronting; perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, test/chARGE systems, codes); occasional delivery driving as needed; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; committed to customer satisfaction and company service programs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries (Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements)
