Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assist management with assigned tasks, and handle customer transactions. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing orders, maintaining cash drawers, resolving customer complaints, completing inventory tasks, and operating store test equipment. Desired skills include multitasking and familiarity with automotive parts, plus any additional qualifications in automotive service or sales, particularly bilingualism in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
