Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver exceptional service to retail and installer customers while assisting store management. Tasks involve greeting customers, helping with product selections, maintaining cash drawers, processing transactions, managing exchanges and complaints, and performing daily operational duties such as stocking and preparing merchandise returns. After training, duties may include operating store equipment and providing in-store services for customers. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and may benefit from familiarity with automotive parts.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
