Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level customer service to retail and installer customers, supports management tasks, and assists in various operational functions including cash handling and dealing with customer inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
