The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist management, and support various operational tasks, including handling cash transactions and addressing customer complaints.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
