Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing excellent service to retail and installer customers, assisting with merchandise selection, and supporting store management in various tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, handling phone inquiries, processing transactions, managing cash drawers, addressing customer complaints, and performing daily operational duties such as inventory management. Candidates must have strong customer service skills, multitasking abilities, and be able to follow company policies. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in store simultaneously

- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
