Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service and support store management in assigned tasks. Greet customers, assist in merchandise selection, and recommend related items. Handle phone inquiries, process exchanges/returns, and manage cash transactions. Perform daily store operations including image maker, planogram updates, freight receival, stocking, fronting, and cleaning. Operate brake lathe and other test equipment after training; occasional delivery driving when needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged. Emphasis on customer service, related selling, warranty processing, and adherence to company policies; opportunities for growth within a promot-from-within culture.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
