The Parts Specialist provides high-level customer service to retail and installer customers, assists with store management tasks, maintains cash drawer accuracy, and performs various in-store services while supporting overall store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
