Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, assists store management, and ensures customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, processing transactions, addressing complaints, and performing in-store customer services.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging skills
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
