Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls to quote prices and recommend parts, and process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions. Assist managers and installer specialists with professional customer service, maintain and secure the cash drawer, and complete daily image maker updates, planogram changes, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training, perform in-store services like installing wipers and testing batteries, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Complete assigned company training and promote customer service programs such as the Low-Price Guarantee. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
