Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, greets walk-in customers, assists with merchandise selection, supports store management, handles phone inquiries, processes exchanges/returns, and manages cash transactions. Performs daily stocking/fronting tasks, planogram updates, freight receival, and other in-store operations. May operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training; occasional delivery driving may be required. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Required Qualifications
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitasking ability with customers in-store and on the phone
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems optional
- Familiarity with automotive parts preferred
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
