Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management in assigned tasks, and performs in-store duties (greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, processing exchanges/returns, cash handling, and credit card transactions). Responsibilities include executing company customer service programs, assisting professional customers, answering store calls, looking up parts and pricing, promoting related items and the Low-Price Guarantee, maintaining and securing cash drawers, handling exchanges/returns, resolving customer complaints, assisting with image maker and planogram updates, stock replenishment, freight receipt, inventory counts, and basic in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, diagnosing vehicle codes, replacing headlight capsules). Occasional delivery driving may be required. Bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE certification and Spanish language skills desired.
