Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, assists store management, and promotes customer service programs. Responsibilities include supporting customers with merchandise selection, processing transactions, addressing complaints, and performing daily operational tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
