Job Summary
Greet walk-in retail customers and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Answer all phone calls to quote prices, recommend premium items, and resolve complaints while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Process exchanges, returns, and cash/credit transactions accurately, and maintain the cash drawer. Complete daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, planogram updates, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
