Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Maintain the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Perform daily operational tasks including image maker updates, planogram adjustments, stocking shelves, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Match alphanumeric sequences and multitask between phone and store interactions. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
