Job Summary
Provide high-level customer service to retail and installer customers; greet and assist customers with merchandise, assist managers and installers, process exchanges and returns, handle cash and credit transactions, stock and planogram updates, and perform in-store services (e.g., replace wipers, test batteries) as trained. Multilingual communication and ASE certification are highlighted as desirable, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within O’Reilly Auto Parts. Occasional delivery duties may be required and driving eligibility must be maintained.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
