Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide excellent service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in completing assigned tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, maintaining the cash drawer, processing transactions, handling exchanges/returns, managing customer complaints, and performing daily operational tasks. This role requires multitasking skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service, along with the ability to match alphanumeric sequences.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
