Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will assist retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, maintaining cash drawers, handling customer inquiries, and performing in-store services. A bilingual skill is encouraged for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
