Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management with assigned tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, providing customer service via phone, and managing cash transactions. This role involves processing returns, addressing customer complaints, performing daily operational tasks, operating store test equipment, and occasionally making deliveries.
