Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for delivering high levels of service to all retail and installer customers through various customer service programs while assisting store management. Key duties include greeting customers, providing product selections, processing transactions, handling customer inquiries and complaints, as well as maintaining current stock and conducting inventory tasks. The position necessitates multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment and includes responsibilities such as operating store test equipment and performing in-store services when allowed. The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining customer satisfaction through outstanding service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
