Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver high-level service to both retail and installer customers, assist store management with tasks, handle cash transactions and maintain the cash drawer, process exchanges/returns, answer store calls and provide price quotes, and offer related product recommendations including the Low-Price Guarantee. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with inventory stocking and planogram updates, operating store equipment after training, performing in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries and charging systems, scanning vehicle trouble codes, and occasionally delivering parts. Bilingual abilities are encouraged, and ASE certification is a plus. The role supports various store operations, training, and customer-focused initiatives while upholding company programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, etc.). Required Qualifications

- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
