Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management with assigned tasks, and assisting customers in selecting merchandise. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, answering calls, maintaining cash drawers, processing transactions, and handling returns and exchanges. The role may also involve occasional deliveries and various in-store services.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
