Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver exceptional service to retail and installer customers, processing transactions, assisting with inventory management, and resolving complaints. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining the cash drawer, processing exchanges and returns, and executing daily operational tasks related to merchandise. Required skills include the ability to provide friendly and professional customer service, multitasking, and familiarity with alphanumeric sequences. Candidates with automotive experience and bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.

- Weatherly index system

- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
