Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management with assigned tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, handling phone inquiries, maintaining cash drawers, processing returns, and resolving complaints. The role involves operational tasks like inventory management and assisting with in-store services. Skills required include multitasking and outstanding customer service. Preferred candidates are familiar with automotive parts and systems, with bilingual abilities being a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
